Very large alabaster bowl, Rome 18th century

The flared bowl has an expressive structure, crossed by scattered dark veins. It rests on a baluster foot and is made in one piece! Alabaster has the very rare amber hue, characteristic of central Italy. This impressive work of art dates from the first half of the 18th century. The foot has been lightly restored
